About this program

Mediation is a structured and confidential process that has proven to be an effective method for resolving conflicts. The goal of a mediation process is for both parties to reach a voluntary and mutually agreeable solution to a conflict. In this process, the conflicting parties are guided by the mediator's objective and constructive communication, leading them to suitable solutions independently. Mediation is becoming increasingly important for resolving conflicts, especially in legal disputes such as labor or family law, as court proceedings are often time-consuming and costly. Mediation seeks long-term solutions that are aligned with the parties' interests. Successful mediation does not strain the relationship between the parties but rather addresses existing conflicts and provides assistance for the parties to resolve them independently. This training aims to equip participants with conflict resolution skills, including active listening, rhetoric, and a professional, empathetic approach to communication.
