Terms of Service

1. Provider Information

These Terms of Use apply to the website, online platform and digital services operated under the name:

Dreemli

Owner: Serkan Tezgel

Legal form: Sole proprietorship under German law

(Einzelunternehmen)

Viktoriastraße 24

64283 Darmstadt

Germany

Telephone: +49 155 60 636703

Email: contact@dreemli.com

In these Terms of Use, “Dreemli”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Serkan Tezgel operating the Dreemli sole proprietorship.

“User”, “you” and “your” refer to every person who visits the website, creates an account, submits an enquiry, uploads information or documents, uses a digital function or receives services through Dreemli.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of:

the Dreemli website;

user accounts and personal dashboards;

enquiry and contact forms;

document-upload functions;

application-management functions;

digital communication tools;

educational information and guidance;

university and study-related orientation services;

visa-related informational support;

AI-supported or automated platform functions;

and other digital services made available by Dreemli.

These Terms apply to both registered and unregistered users.

Additional conditions may apply to individual paid consulting, application, translation, document-review, relocation or support services.

Where an individual offer, service agreement, order confirmation or other individually negotiated arrangement conflicts with these Terms, the individual arrangement shall take precedence.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Dreemli website or platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use.

Where registration, document submission or the purchase of a service requires active acceptance, you will be asked to accept the applicable terms before completing the relevant process.

Merely visiting publicly accessible pages does not necessarily create a paid service contract between you and Dreemli.

You may not use the platform where you do not agree to these Terms.

4. Eligibility and Minors

Users must have the legal capacity required to use the relevant service and enter into the relevant agreement.

Users under the age of 18 may use Dreemli only with the consent and, where appropriate, the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

A paid contract with a minor will be concluded only where the legally required consent of the minor’s legal representative has been provided.

Dreemli may request reasonable evidence of age, identity or legal representation where this is necessary for the provision of a service or compliance with legal obligations.

5. Nature of Dreemli’s Services

Dreemli provides education-related information, guidance and support services.

Depending on the individually agreed scope, these services may include:

orientation concerning German universities and educational institutions;

information about degree programmes and study options;

support with identifying suitable educational pathways;

general information about admission requirements;

application planning and document organisation;

review of application materials;

language-course and preparatory-course orientation;

general information concerning visa and residence procedures;

relocation-related information;

communication and administrative support;

career and education-related orientation;

and digital tools supporting these processes.

The exact service owed by Dreemli is determined exclusively by the applicable offer, service description, order confirmation or individual agreement.

General descriptions on the website do not constitute a guarantee that every listed service is included in every service package.

6. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa or Other Third-Party Decision

Dreemli provides information, guidance and support but does not make decisions on behalf of universities, public authorities or other third parties.

Dreemli does not guarantee:

admission to a university, preparatory college, language school or other educational institution;

admission to a specific degree programme;

recognition of a diploma, certificate, qualification or academic achievement;

acceptance of an application;

the availability of a study place;

the award of a scholarship or other funding;

issuance of a visa, residence permit or entry authorisation;

completion of a procedure within a particular period;

a positive decision by a university, embassy, consulate or immigration authority;

employment, an internship or any particular career outcome;

or the continued availability of a specific programme, course or institution.

All admission, recognition, visa, residence, funding and administrative decisions are made independently by the competent institution or authority.

Processing times may depend on universities, authorities and other organisations over which Dreemli has no control.

A rejection or delay by a third party does not by itself mean that Dreemli has failed to provide an agreed service.

7. No Legal or Immigration Representation

Information provided by Dreemli concerning visas, residence permits, immigration procedures, university regulations or other legal and administrative matters is general informational and organisational support.

Unless expressly agreed and legally permissible, Dreemli does not provide independent legal advice, act as a law firm or represent users in legal proceedings.

Dreemli does not replace advice from:

a qualified lawyer;

a licensed immigration adviser where applicable;

an embassy or consulate;

an immigration authority;

a university admissions office;

or another competent official institution.

Users remain responsible for checking legally binding requirements with the competent authority or a qualified legal professional.

Where legal issues arise that go beyond general education-related guidance, Dreemli may recommend that the user obtain independent legal advice.

8. Information About Universities and Public Procedures

Dreemli endeavours to provide accurate and current information. However, universities, authorities and other institutions may change their:

admission criteria;

application platforms;

deadlines;

language requirements;

tuition fees;

semester contributions;

documentation requirements;

visa rules;

processing procedures;

course availability;

recognition practices;

and administrative policies.

Information shown on the platform may therefore become outdated.

Before relying on important information or taking action, users must verify current requirements through the official source, particularly where a deadline, fee, admission requirement or legal consequence is involved.

Where information from Dreemli conflicts with official information from a competent university or authority, the official information shall prevail.

9. User Accounts

Certain Dreemli services may require a user account.

When creating an account, users must provide complete and accurate information.

Users are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of their login details;

selecting a secure password;

preventing unauthorised access to their account;

ensuring that their contact information remains current;

and promptly informing Dreemli of suspected unauthorised use.

An account may only be used by the person for whom it was created unless Dreemli has expressly authorised another arrangement.

Users may not sell, transfer, share or otherwise make their accounts available to third parties.

Dreemli may require identity verification where this is reasonably necessary to protect the user, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

10. User Information and Documents

Users are responsible for the information and documents they submit to Dreemli.

All submitted information must be:

accurate;

complete;

current;

authentic;

lawfully obtained;

and not misleading.

Users must promptly notify Dreemli if previously submitted information becomes inaccurate or outdated.

Users must not submit forged, manipulated or fraudulently obtained documents.

In particular, users must not alter or misrepresent:

academic certificates;

transcripts;

language certificates;

employment records;

financial documents;

identification documents;

recommendation letters;

signatures;

official decisions;

or immigration documents.

Dreemli may refuse to process, forward or rely on documents where there are reasonable doubts concerning their authenticity, accuracy or legality.

Where necessary, Dreemli may ask the user to provide originals, certified copies, translations, additional explanations or other supporting evidence.

Dreemli is not responsible for adverse consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent or late information supplied by the user.

11. Responsibility for Deadlines

Users remain responsible for monitoring and meeting applicable deadlines unless responsibility for a particular deadline has been expressly assigned to Dreemli in writing.

Users must provide all requested information and documents sufficiently early to allow reasonable processing.

Dreemli is not responsible for a missed deadline where the user:

submitted information or documents late;

failed to respond to a request;

provided incomplete or incorrect information;

did not pay an agreed fee on time;

failed to check communications;

or failed to complete an action that remained their responsibility.

Where Dreemli identifies a deadline, this does not release the user from independently verifying the deadline with the competent institution.

12. Application Submission

Dreemli will submit an application or communicate with an institution on behalf of a user only where this forms part of the expressly agreed service.

Unless otherwise agreed, the user remains responsible for:

approving the final application;

checking all entered information;

providing required declarations;

signing forms;

paying application fees;

completing identity-verification procedures;

attending interviews or appointments;

and submitting information that can only be submitted personally.

Where a third-party platform requires the applicant to create or operate a personal account, Dreemli may provide support but cannot guarantee that it will be able to complete every action on the user’s behalf.

The user must review application materials before final submission and immediately report any error.

13. User Authorisation

Where necessary for an agreed service, the user may authorise Dreemli to communicate with universities, educational institutions or other relevant organisations.

Such authorisation does not allow Dreemli to make false declarations, sign documents that legally require the user’s personal signature or perform an action prohibited by the relevant institution.

The user remains responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in their name.

Dreemli may request a separate written authorisation or power of attorney where required by the receiving institution.

14. AI-Supported and Automated Functions

Dreemli may make available functions that use artificial intelligence, automation or other digital technologies.

Such functions may be used to assist with activities such as:

organising submitted information;

extracting information from documents;

generating summaries;

translating or improving text;

identifying possible education pathways;

generating preliminary recommendations;

preparing draft application content;

or supporting communication and document review.

AI-generated or automated output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unsuitable recommendations.

AI-supported output must not be treated as:

an official admission decision;

a legally binding assessment;

legal advice;

immigration advice;

a guarantee of eligibility;

or a substitute for review by the competent institution.

Users must review AI-generated content before relying on, submitting or publishing it.

Users must not submit AI-generated information as fact where they have not verified its accuracy.

Dreemli may revise, restrict or discontinue AI-supported functions where necessary for technical, legal, security or quality reasons.

15. Permitted Use

The website and platform may be used only for lawful personal or business purposes connected with the services offered by Dreemli.

Users may use platform content for their own education, application or consultation process, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

No right is granted to commercially exploit the platform, its structure, its content or its technical functions.

16. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

use the website or platform for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes;

impersonate another person;

create an account using false identity information;

submit forged or manipulated documents;

upload malicious software or harmful code;

attempt to bypass security measures;

attempt to access another user’s account;

interfere with the operation of the platform;

conduct automated scraping, crawling or mass extraction without permission;

reverse engineer or reproduce platform software;

use bots to overload or misuse the service;

submit content that infringes copyright, privacy or other third-party rights;

send abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful communications;

use the platform to distribute unsolicited advertising;

use Dreemli’s name or branding without authorisation;

or encourage another person to carry out any prohibited activity.

Dreemli may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate protective or legal action.

17. Uploaded Content and User Rights

Users retain ownership of documents and original content they upload, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting content, the user grants Dreemli a limited, non-exclusive right to store, copy, process, review, translate, format and transmit the content to the extent necessary to:

provide the requested service;

operate the platform;

communicate with the user;

prepare or process an application;

comply with legal obligations;

prevent fraud;

and protect the security of the service.

This permission ends when it is no longer necessary for these purposes, subject to statutory retention obligations and the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Users confirm that they have the right to provide the submitted content and that its use for the agreed purpose does not infringe the rights of another person.

18. Intellectual Property

The Dreemli website and platform, including their structure, design, software, texts, graphics, logos, databases, videos, templates and original materials, are protected by copyright, trademark law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, users may not:

reproduce;

modify;

distribute;

sell;

publicly display;

publish;

commercially exploit;

or create derivative works from Dreemli content.

Users may download or print content for their own private, non-commercial use where the platform permits this.

No ownership right in the platform or Dreemli content is transferred to the user.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

19. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Dreemli platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including university portals, public-authority websites, communication services, payment services, cloud services and other external platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

Dreemli does not control and is not responsible for:

the content of third-party websites;

their availability;

changes to their procedures;

their security;

their data-processing activities;

or decisions made through those services.

The inclusion of a link or integration does not mean that Dreemli guarantees or endorses every aspect of the third-party service.

Users should review the applicable third-party terms before using such services.

20. Availability and Technical Operation

Dreemli aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be temporarily restricted because of:

maintenance;

updates;

security incidents;

technical failures;

internet or hosting disruptions;

third-party service failures;

legal requirements;

or circumstances outside Dreemli’s reasonable control.

Dreemli may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue individual functions where reasonably necessary.

Where a material change affects an existing paid service, the rights of the user under the applicable service agreement and mandatory law remain unaffected.

Users are responsible for having suitable devices, software and internet access.

21. Communication

Dreemli may communicate with users through email, telephone, platform notifications, video conferencing or other agreed communication channels.

Users must provide accurate contact information and regularly check their messages, including spam or junk folders.

A message sent to the latest contact details provided by the user may be treated as properly addressed.

Marketing communications will be sent only where legally permitted. Users may withdraw marketing consent through the method provided in the relevant communication.

Operational and contract-related communications may still be sent where necessary to provide the service or manage the user account.

22. Paid Services and Contract Formation

Descriptions of services on the website are generally invitations to submit an enquiry and do not necessarily constitute a legally binding offer.

A paid service contract is concluded only when:

Dreemli expressly accepts an order;

the user accepts an individual offer;

an order confirmation is issued;

a separate service agreement is concluded;

or the circumstances otherwise establish a binding agreement under applicable law.

Before concluding a paid service contract, the user will be informed of the essential characteristics of the selected service and the applicable price.

The specific scope, price, duration, payment schedule and delivery conditions are determined by the applicable individual agreement or order confirmation.

Dreemli may decline an enquiry or order where no contract has yet been concluded.

23. Prices and Payment

Prices for paid services will be stated in the relevant offer, service description, checkout process or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, the user must make payments using the agreed payment method and within the specified payment period.

The user is responsible for additional third-party costs unless the individual agreement expressly states that they are included.

Possible third-party costs may include:

university application fees;

tuition fees;

semester contributions;

translation costs;

certification costs;

courier costs;

visa fees;

authority fees;

insurance costs;

language-test fees;

and payment-provider charges.

Dreemli will not make third-party payments on behalf of the user unless this has been expressly agreed.

24. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions for paid services are determined by the individual service agreement and mandatory law.

Where a consumer concludes a distance contract or an off-premises contract and has a statutory right of withdrawal, Dreemli will provide the legally required withdrawal information separately.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, warranty or refund right.

Where the user requests that a service begin before the end of a statutory withdrawal period, additional declarations concerning early performance and possible compensation for services already performed may be required.

A withdrawal from or cancellation of a Dreemli service does not automatically cancel third-party applications, bookings, fees or contracts.

25. Suspension and Termination of Access

Users may stop using the publicly accessible website at any time.

Where technically available, users may request closure of their account by contacting Dreemli.

Dreemli may temporarily restrict or suspend access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

an account is being used without authorisation;

the user has materially breached these Terms;

fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred;

the security of the user, Dreemli or another person is at risk;

or suspension is required by law or a competent authority.

Where reasonable and legally permissible, Dreemli will inform the user of the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.

The termination of a paid service is governed by the relevant service agreement and applicable law.

26. Liability

Dreemli is liable without limitation for:

intentional misconduct;

gross negligence;

injury to life, body or health;

fraudulent concealment;

breach of an expressly assumed guarantee;

and liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

In cases of slight negligence, Dreemli is liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation where fulfilment of that obligation is necessary for proper performance of the contract and the user may ordinarily rely on its fulfilment.

In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to the above provisions, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Dreemli is not responsible for decisions made independently by universities, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, funding bodies, employers or other third parties.

Dreemli is also not responsible for damage caused by:

incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user;

delayed cooperation by the user;

unauthorised account access caused by the user’s failure to protect login details;

changes to third-party rules or deadlines;

outages of third-party platforms;

or events outside Dreemli’s reasonable control.

These liability provisions also apply in favour of persons engaged by Dreemli to perform contractual obligations.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

27. Data Protection

Dreemli processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Dreemli Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:

which personal data is processed;

the purposes of processing;

the legal bases for processing;

the use of service providers;

international data transfers where applicable;

storage periods;

and the rights of data subjects.

Users should read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or documents.

The Privacy Policy is available separately on the Dreemli website.

28. Consumer Dispute Resolution

Dreemli is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless Dreemli becomes legally obliged to participate in a particular case.

Users may first contact Dreemli directly regarding complaints:

Email: contact@dreemli.com

Telephone: +49 155 60 636703

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked in these Terms.

29. Applicable Law

These Terms and the use of the Dreemli platform are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence where those protections apply under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

30. Place of Jurisdiction

The statutory rules concerning jurisdiction apply to consumers.

Where the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, and where legally permissible, Darmstadt, Germany, shall be the agreed place of jurisdiction.

The same may apply where a business user has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, subject to mandatory law.

31. Changes to These Terms

Dreemli may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, particularly because of:

changes in law;

changes to platform functions;

security requirements;

new technical services;

or changes to the business model.

Changes will generally apply prospectively.

Where a change materially affects an existing contractual relationship, users will be informed in an appropriate manner and their consent will be obtained where required by law.

Changes will not retroactively remove claims or statutory rights that have already arisen.

The version applicable when a paid service contract is concluded remains relevant to that contract unless a lawful amendment is agreed.

32. Severability

If an individual provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.

This clause does not limit any rights arising under mandatory consumer-protection law.
