About this program

The Bachelor (LL.B.) in Business Law combines core content from law and economics. The program trains managers that companies and administrations urgently need in times of skilled labor shortage to fill senior positions. This is because without economic competence in basic business administration and sound legal knowledge, neither decisions nor decision preparations are feasible today. The reason: practically all business processes are subject to legal norms: in addition to civil law and administrative law, data protection, labor law, the self-determination law, anti-corruption law, and the entire area of compliance determine all aspects of business. TakeLaw offers the digital legal method that helps to acquire competencies in these areas in a short time. We can look back on a long, successful tradition: Since 2008/2009, the concept with TakeLaw as a basis has carried the Business Law (LL.B.) degree program at Hochschule Wismar, since 2012 the Business Law (LL.B. and LL.M.) degree programs at HFH. After 16 years, these degree programs in an even further improved concept are now also available at Mediadesign Hochschule. The competence of mdh enables the implementation of the latest research and technical developments and their constructive application in examination formats. Thus, the entire teaching is aligned with the highest scientific standards and at the same time adapted to the needs of the students. It can be studied flexibly from anywhere with an internet-enabled device, and examinations are also carried out online without any problems. Thus, we support students who also take on responsibility in family and career alongside their studies: The degree program can be pursued at a uniquely low price, flexibly and time-efficiently with the proven TakeLaw method.
