About this program
The Bachelor's program Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen is a combination of acquiring subject-specific knowledge at the university and its practical application. The study program is organized in a dual manner, meaning you are simultaneously a student at our university and an employee in a company. Through the permanent alternation, you can apply the knowledge acquired in theory to practice and also work through current practical problems in the theoretical phase. Your academic education at the university is supplemented by longer practical phases in the company. This way, you gain initial practical professional experience during your studies. Before the start of the study program, you conclude a study sponsorship agreement with a company of your choice for the entire duration of the study program. You combine your university studies with vocational training and, in addition to the first professionally qualifying university degree, also acquire a qualification in a recognized training occupation. Before the start of the study program, you conclude a corresponding training contract with a company of your choice.
