About this program

The Bachelor's program in Industrial Engineering combines engineering focuses with business administration aspects. The first three semesters cover natural sciences, mathematics, and technical fundamentals, as well as business administration skills. Social science modules for language training, project management, and scientific work follow. Elective modules from the 5th semester allow for personal specialization, including new focus areas like Mobility, Energy Systems, and Modern Production. There is also an 8-semester variant with an international orientation, including a mandatory study semester abroad. The program includes laboratory experiments, exercises in small groups, and extensive project phases. The final semester consists of a practical phase of at least 12 weeks and the Bachelor's thesis, preparing students for their professional careers.
