About this program
The approbation training in behavioral therapy at PHB is characterized by its cross-methodological approach. Future systemic, behavioral, and psychodynamic therapists learn with and from each other in a variety of joint events. Furthermore, the training is scientifically well-founded and structured like a study program. There is an option to complete the training with an additional Master's degree in Behavioral Therapy (M.Sc. Behavioral Therapy). The training program is also open to psychology graduates with a diploma or master's degree who began their psychology studies before September 1, 2020. The training qualifies for the approbation examination and the acquisition of expertise under the previous legal system and can be regularly started against the background of the Psychotherapist Law Reform and completed by 2032, and in hardship cases by 2035.
