About this program

The Master's program Sport Physiotherapy for Team and Individual Sports at the MSH Faculty of Health Sciences combines physiotherapy and sports science know-how, offering an interdisciplinary study with a high degree of practical relevance. After graduation, you will be able to analyze load-specific conditions, work preventatively, provide first aid, plan and implement rehabilitation measures, and optimize performance. The primary field of application is competitive sports, where high performance and load pressure can lead to an increased risk of injury. However, sports physiotherapists are also employed in recreational and amateur sports, rehabilitation, and consulting. Our part-time, career-integrated study model allows for studying on three block weekends per semester. Structured self-study between block phases is supported by semi-virtual offerings.
