About this program
The interdisciplinary Master's program Neurorehabilitation at the Faculty of Health Sciences at MSH combines neuroscientific findings with therapeutic practice. It is aimed at specialists from various health professions and promotes interprofessional collaboration in the prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation of neurological diseases. A focus of the study is on movement therapy interventions as well as other activating therapy approaches, for example from the fields of cognition, occupational therapy, or music therapy. In addition, you will acquire sound scientific-methodological competencies to critically evaluate studies, make evidence-based therapy decisions, and implement your own projects in practice or research. You will deepen your scientific expertise in a practical way by being involved in ongoing empirical research projects in the MSH research laboratories. The study is supplemented by two integrated additional qualifications with which you can specifically expand your professional profile. Our part-time, career-integrated study model allows you to study on three block weekends per semester. Structured self-study between the block phases is supported by semi-virtual offerings.
