About this program
The MBA Public Affairs & Leadership specifically prepares for the increasing complexity at the interface of organization and politics. Students develop expertise, communicative precision, and leadership skills – for leadership roles in associations, NGOs, companies, and agencies. The part-time study program is designed as an interactive program that thrives on shared experiences and solution approaches. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines strategic and operational content with overarching leadership and business skills. Students learn to apply the developed methods and competencies in a future-oriented manner for their professional context. Numerous practical sessions and a study trip to Brussels offer exclusive insights into the reality of successful public affairs management. Participation in the Communication Congress or the Politics Award, as well as the possibility of personal mentoring by leading practitioners, further expand students' networks and perspectives. The consistent alignment with the current and future tasks of the profession is carried out in regular coordination with the internationally networked members of the Advisory Board Politics & Public Affairs. With the YourMBA program, students can specifically supplement the curriculum content and design their studies even more individually.
