About this program
The MBA Public Affairs & Leadership program prepares students for the increasing complexity at the interface of organizations and politics. Students develop expertise, communication precision, and leadership skills for management roles in associations, NGOs, companies, and agencies. The part-time study program is designed as an interactive experience, leveraging shared experiences and solution approaches. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines strategic and operational content with overarching leadership and business skills. Students learn to apply developed methods and competencies future-oriented in their professional context. Renowned professors and high-ranking practitioners provide insights and guide students in their project work. Numerous practical sessions and a study trip to Brussels offer exclusive insights into the reality of successful public affairs management. Participation in the Communication Congress or the Politics Award, as well as the possibility of personal mentoring by leading practitioners, further expand students' networks and perspectives. The program is consistently aligned with the current and future tasks of the profession, in regular consultation with the internationally networked members of the Politics & Public Affairs Advisory Board. The YourMBA program allows students to specifically supplement the curriculum content and design their studies even more individually.
