About this program

The MBA Leadership, People & Organization (P&O) is an advanced program for strategic personnel and organizational development, with a focus on people. Students learn to shape transformation processes at all levels, from personal development and team performance navigation to new and agile organizational models. The program emphasizes the smart use of data and digital tools as key levers for more effective action. It is designed as a part-time, interactive program that thrives on shared experiences and solution approaches. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines strategic and operational content with overarching leadership and business skills. Renowned professors and high-ranking practitioners provide insights and guide students in their project work. Practical sessions and a study trip to Singapore offer exclusive insights into successful personnel management. Participation in the Personnel Management Congress and the opportunity for personal mentoring by renowned leaders further expand the students' networks and perspectives. The program is regularly aligned with the current and future tasks of the profession in consultation with internationally networked members of the Leadership Advisory Board. The YourMBA program allows students to specifically supplement the curriculum content and personalize their studies.
