About this program
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Management in Social and Health Services offers practical and scientifically sound competencies to make economically responsible decisions and successfully implement complex projects. You will acquire knowledge in accounting, financing, and controlling to professionally support reform and change processes. Additionally, you will deepen your knowledge in labor and contract law and learn methods for project development, management, and fundraising. The CAS is aimed at specialists and managers in the social and health sector who want to take on management and leadership responsibility or expand their existing competence. The CAS awards 24 ECTS, which can be fully credited towards the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) Management and Leadership in Social and Health Services and the academic MBA Strategic Management in Social and Health Services. Particularly flexible: If an initial academic degree is held, direct entry into the third semester of the five-semester Master's program is possible. The MAS does not require a university degree.
