About this program
The degree program focuses on leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and deepens questions of value-based leadership action. It enables participants to cope with management challenges that arise from the establishment of competitive structures in the social sector, the individualization and pluralization of lifestyles, ethnic and cultural diversity, digitalization, and current reforms of social and labor law. The ethically educated and personally reflected leadership personality is particularly in focus, as the value orientation of leadership action is essential for the profile development of a non-profit organization today.
