About this program
The part-time Bachelor's program in International Project Management is designed for individuals who have completed their FOS degree or Abitur and wish to advance in their current company, start their own business, or reorient their career. Students attend classes one to two evenings a week and sometimes on weekends in small groups, while also gaining practical experience through internships or working student positions. The program teaches systematic, applied, and well-founded methods for managing projects of all sizes, using classic, agile, or hybrid approaches. Students collaborate in interdisciplinary teams with students from other faculties and work on real-world challenges in cooperation with companies. Upon graduation, students will be project management professionals, have acquired a foreign language, broadened their global and intercultural horizons, and gained initial insights into labor and contract law. Specializations include 'Business Administration and Management' or 'Business Psychology', preparing graduates for secure, industry-independent futures.
