About this program
The Master's program "International Management" optimally prepares you for management tasks: you will learn to think interdisciplinarily and interculturally as well as to work across disciplines. You will therefore be flexibly deployable in various operational functions. After initial experience in practice, you can recommend yourself for responsible leadership positions in an international context, regardless of industry and company size. The Master's program "International Management" has two core content areas: business administration core competencies ("Divisional Skills") and so-called "Leadership Skills", which include methodological, social, intercultural and communication skills. In addition, the second core area highlights the relationship between leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation and change processes in companies. In another study area ("International Business Environment"), the essential legal and economic framework conditions for leadership tasks in an internationally operating company are discussed. With two elective modules, you have the opportunity to shape your studies according to your own interests. Under the umbrella term "Integration", the focus is on networking and practical application of the previously acquired content and competencies.
