About this program

International Business & Management (B.Sc.) is a fully English-taught degree program for a modern world where technology, data, and human judgment interact daily. The program features a unique 5+2 model: five semesters on campus in Germany for intensive networking and building a solid foundation in management, data-driven decision-making, and leadership, followed by two semesters abroad. Semester 6 can be a practical semester in a company or a study abroad with a double degree option. Semester 7 is fully online, allowing students to experience New Work without returning to campus. The program aims to provide a seamless transition into professional life or further master's studies, with opportunities for a thesis within a company.
