About this program
The English-language Master's program "Intercultural Leadership and Technology" is aimed at junior executives and qualifies its graduates for international (management) careers in a global work environment. The program is specifically aimed at professionals with an initial academic degree in economics, engineering, or information technology. The program can be studied entirely online part-time over four semesters. You flexibly acquire the content on our interactive online learning platform according to your own schedule and have the opportunity to check your learning progress at any time. At the end of each semester, you deepen what you have learned in a virtual learning phase of a maximum of 8 days together with the instructors. The examinations are already integrated into this phase and are designed interactively. The program is characterized by its high practical orientation. Knowledge in the areas of leadership, engineering, and interculturality is imparted by experienced lecturers from science and business. Through modules in the areas of organizational development, strategic management, leadership, and project management, you will be optimally prepared for future management positions. In addition, you will strengthen your intercultural competence, especially with regard to leadership understanding and business culture in Germany and Europe. You can also choose the Chinese cultural area, for example. First, you update and deepen your knowledge in a selected information technology or engineering focus. Then you apply this current research knowledge in your company. Within the scope of the Master's thesis in the fourth semester, you can work on current problems from science or business.
