About this program

The international division of labor and the globalization of value creation processes present companies with major challenges in the future. Management levels must make decisions on very complex issues in order to keep companies future-proof. In small groups of up to 40 students, students are prepared for the role of a manager with solid, well-founded theoretical skills and derived practical implementation skills. The special attractiveness of this degree program lies in the intensive combination of scientific study content and practice, for example, where not only the theoretical foundations of agile project management are taught, but then directly implemented in a company project. Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing companies and business administration tasks. Therefore, AI is anchored as a cross-cutting topic in the Business Administration and Business Economics degree programs, for example in the areas of scientific work, personnel, business intelligence, marketing, logistics, and in practical projects. You decide for yourself how you want to deal with AI: In addition to your chosen professional specialization, you can build up AI skills in the regular study program or choose Artificial Intelligence as your own professional specialization. In the AI specialization, you will deal with the business application, control, and responsible introduction of AI. It's not about developing AI systems yourself or completing a technical data science training. Instead, you will learn to recognize AI potential in companies, to evaluate applications from a business and quantitative perspective, and to strategically design the use of AI.
