About this program
The program teaches how sales can penetrate markets better through digitalization and artificial intelligence. Graduates will be prepared to strategically develop a sales organization as a leader. Practical projects with renowned companies are also implemented. Through 'Market Intelligence,' students will gain a deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors, and learn how sales work can be designed to be legally compliant in an era where responsible data handling and customer relationships are crucial, and compliance guidelines are highly important. Additionally, students will be trained to navigate an increasingly English-speaking corporate landscape and international markets. It is not necessary to be a native speaker; Business English will be optimized based on existing knowledge at the beginning of the program, with the English-language portion starting in the second semester. This program is the only German- and English-taught program in Germany that trains modern, strategically thinking sales managers who can analyze markets, customers, and sales models on a scientific basis and develop creative sales concepts for the digital age. Due to the strategic importance of sales in many industries, there is high potential for well-trained and compliance-aware sales experts. Choosing this program offers a future-proof education in a strategically oriented business area that is being transformed by digital developments and new sales channels. There is a strong demand for appropriately trained junior managers with sales know-how, digital competence, and the ability to operate confidently in international markets.
