Bu program hakkında

The online counseling market is growing and is often used as an alternative and supplement to classic face-to-face counseling. Many people (and not just young people) appreciate being able to receive counseling calmly, comfortably from home, and possibly anonymously. The advantage of not having to go to a practice also makes this new form of counseling and supervision attractive to many. In addition, the possibility of receiving alternating face-to-face and online counseling (blended counseling) appeals to many clients. However, online counseling works differently, follows different rules than the usual face-to-face counseling, and requires completely new and additional competencies from supervisors and counselors. The further training therefore teaches the history, theories, and concepts of online counseling, shows technical possibilities and their handling, and works on the transformation of learned school methods into the virtual world.
