The distance learning program in Therapy and Nursing Sciences at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences is interdisciplinary and aimed at experienced professionals in therapy and nursing who wish to study part-time. The program is oriented towards the ideal of reflective practitioners, who are understood as scientifically trained and interactionally strong 'doers' in their respective professional fields. The standard period of study is a total of 6 semesters. With a degree in the additive program Therapy and Nursing Sciences, you will receive the academic degree Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and possess interdisciplinary qualifications to face the complex tasks of the interdisciplinary healthcare sector. Furthermore, as an experienced professional in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and nursing, you have the opportunity at HFH to shorten your studies by crediting parts of your vocational training. The Bachelor of Science in Therapy and Nursing Sciences can also be completed as a purely online study group! All lectures and exams take place virtually. Support in the online study group is provided by the Hamburg study center.
