Your Student Success Managers offer individual online or in-person consultation appointments right from the start. Get a head start and receive answers before your studies even begin. Your Student Success Manager will help you create your individual course schedule or study plan and offer advice on academic and administrative questions. How do I get to Aachen? What important items do I need to pack? What will be my next steps? While preparing your departure and arrival in Aachen you will have many questions. We will provide the answers on our Learning Space for you to read up on. For any remaining doubts join us for our live Pre-Departure Q&A online session with your Student Success Managers. Each of our study programs has an Academic Advisor who will be your point of contact for any content-related questions on your courses. Before the beginning of your studies, we want to introduce you to them and give you an insight into your curriculum. The Academic Introductions are program specific and will be held online. Our Welcome Day marks the official start of your studies with us and usually takes place at the end of September.
