The academic certificate "Research and Dissertation Competence" offers seminars and courses to develop skills relevant for a doctorate and to improve career prospects. It is aimed at individuals working in academia and research who are aiming to write or are already writing a dissertation, but is also open to those without doctoral intentions. The program emphasizes flexibility with a high virtual and self-learning component, allowing courses to be chosen freely based on interest and time availability. Individual counseling and exchange are facilitated by small participant numbers.
