The qualification consists of parts that are completed within the scope of the study program and parts that must be taken additionally. The provider of these additional courses is the Institute for Innovation and Consulting at the Evangelische Hochschule Berlin (INIB). After completing all required courses throughout the entire study period, the qualification is recognized by the Bundesverband Theaterpädagogik (BuT) as a foundational training. The qualification is based on three major training areas and accompanies three years of study. It consists of: Entry: Fundamentals (exercises, methods, didactics), Deepening: Theater, Dance, Poetry, Biography (artistic collective production process with public performance), Qualification: Aesthetic research (theoretical foundations as well as the independent development of a project in the fields of social work). The qualification is concluded with a public group presentation and a written paper.
