The Bachelor's distance learning program in Health and Social Management at HFH qualifies you in an application-oriented and practice-oriented manner for tasks in management positions and staff units in the health and social sector. In the part-time Bachelor's degree program, you will acquire the corresponding management skills as well as methodological, social, and personal qualifications to shape and lead structures and institutions in the health and social sector for the future. Due to demographic development, the number of people needing treatment is growing, and the demand for skilled and managerial staff in the health and social sector is also increasing significantly. At the same time, economic competition and the pressure for economic optimization are continuously increasing in these areas. Especially under these conditions, quality standards, values, and culture-defining elements in health and social management must not be overlooked. Well-trained managers are needed for this responsible task. With the distance learning program in Health and Social Management at HFH, we qualify you for this.
