In the Bachelor's program Business Management, you will acquire practical intercultural skills to establish yourself in an internationally active company. Your professional perspective lies at least for a certain time abroad or in an internationally active company in Germany. Your view is far beyond your own nose. You are fascinated by the complexity of the interrelationships and the diversity of decision parameters in supra-regionally oriented business organizations. In your studies, you want to acquire the necessary tools to qualify for a position in this environment. We accompany you on your ambitious path and focus on skills for international business. A broad range of offerings will give you a view of the big picture. You will acquire extensive basic business knowledge. Building on this foundation, you will learn to understand complex relationships and place them in an international context. For these objectives, the following specializations are available, among others: Competencies for study and work, General Business Administration, International Management. In a time of change and challenges, special focus is placed on current business issues, especially those concerning globalization and digitalization for companies. In addition, a practice project and the Bachelor's thesis will prepare you for your desired activity. You will learn to transfer theoretical knowledge into professional everyday life. The program is aimed at students in Germany who are seeking an English-language degree. It also offers graduates abroad the opportunity to obtain a German degree through distance learning.
