The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) at Hochschule Biberach is designed for generalists, doers, and networkers who want to follow their individual preferences. The program offers a foundation in general business administration for the first three semesters, followed by a choice of four specialization profiles: Construction and Real Estate, Energy Economics, Corporate Management, and International Management. The curriculum emphasizes not only technical knowledge but also the development of personal and social competencies, including problem-solving, methodological competence, holistic thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and an international perspective. Innovative teaching approaches like Design Thinking and Service Learning are used to encourage students to develop their own solutions and think creatively. Practical experience is gained through projects and a practical study semester in companies within the industry, construction and real estate, or energy sectors.
