The dual study program B.Sc. Sustainable Energy and Real Estate Management combines an academically sound study with valuable practical experience in the real estate industry. You study at EBZ Business School and work in parallel with a fixed practical partner who accompanies you throughout the entire course of study. During your practical phases, you gain valuable professional experience and apply your knowledge directly in the company's day-to-day operations. A structured practical plan ensures that your tasks are optimally coordinated with the study content. You will go through various company departments and gain comprehensive insights into the processes of the real estate and energy industries. Each practical phase ends with a study paper. This allows you to deepen your knowledge based on real projects and continuously develop professionally. The structured process offers you clear orientation – comparable to a trainee program that specifically prepares you for your career. You will acquire a broad foundation in all central areas of the real estate industry – from project development and financing to sustainable management.
